BFA Executive Team Leader
Thayne was active as a youth in sports, church and boy scouts where he held leadership roles. He also volunteered for the United Food Bank established by his father and learned the value of volunteering time to those in need.
Thayne graduated from the University of Arizona with focus on biochemistry, physics, and mathematics with an emphasis on pre- medicine. While in college, he volunteered at the University Medical Center in the NICU. Upon graduation, Thayne was employed at the Family Practice Residency Center as well as served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation Father’s Day Council.
Thayne also worked as a managing director for a pest control company and later joined AstraZeneca as a pharmaceutical representative where he led a team in technical education of a variety of pharmaceuticals. He later assumed the role of Vice President of a pest control company and also worked in the solar industry.
Thayne wrote six classroom based educational workshops for the correctional system to help inmates transition to better life choices and is currently employed with as a recovery coach for an east valley organization. In addition, Thayne is certified in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, Access and Power Point as well as certifications in computers.
